Jeoromitxi notes
- Stem alternations correlated with person-marking prefixes are restricted to stems beginning in /h/ in their unprefixed form. The example here involves intransitive verbs.
- Transitive verbs mark the object, with an overt prefix i- for the 3rd person (and consequently, a different stem alternant than what is found with intransitives). The same person-marking system is found with possessed nouns, and adjectives.
